Refund Policy

All sales are final. VELOUR is a digital product. Access to the full Studio is delivered immediately after payment, so the purchase cannot be returned and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of use, or because the results you hoped for did not happen.

Before you buy

Please read what VELOUR is and is not on the What's included and FAQ sections. It is a self-guided tool with templates. It is not a course, coaching, a community or professional advice, and it does not guarantee income.

The one exception: access problems

If you have paid and cannot open the Studio within 7 days of purchase, email studio@velourbycharlen.com from the address you used at checkout. We will fix the access problem. If we cannot give you working access within 7 days of your email, we will refund your purchase in full.

Duplicate payments

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate.

Chargebacks

A chargeback filed instead of contacting us first may result in access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed. Please email us; most problems are solved the same day.

EU and UK buyers

By completing checkout you ask us to give you immediate access to this digital content and you acknowledge that, once access is provided, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your other legal rights.
